Fund Products

We are happy to be your sparring partner right from the design stage of new fund products. And if you have already developed your product, we are equally happy to help you market it in the DACH region.

Our services include, among other things:

  • Creation of marketing materials;
  • Development and management of a portfolio model;
  • Analysis of performance scenarios;
  • Management / support of the investor due diligence process, including Q&A and management of specialist advisors (e.g. tax, legal);
  • Structured investor outreach;
  • Preparation and management of investor meetings;
  • Support with the negotiation and legal implementation of investor participations;
  • Ongoing investor relations management; and
  • Ongoing investor relations management; and
  • Investor reporting

We are also happy to take on additional tasks and roles, as required. If need be, we can manage the entire fundraising process for you as an extended workbench for your company.

Co-investments

Our team consists of private equity experts. We are very familiar with the typical product structures and transaction processes, and we are used to quickly adapting to new situations. Hence we are happy to actively support you in syndicating co-investment participations to our network of investors in the DACH region. For such projects, we are also very happy to provide you with end-to-end support for the transaction – including marketing and process management up to financial close.

Fund Management

We are also happy to advise and support you in relation to fund management tasks. These include, for example, preparing investment decisions (investment committee process), portfolio management tasks and regular investor reporting.
